The tasks of handling and preparing assets are essential tasks, and can take quite a while (usually somewhere between 10-20% of a project). Before sending us assets, please review our tips and file format recommendations below.
Regarding Video Assets:
- Send them in their maximum available pixel resolution.
- Send them in mp4 format – or preferably uncompressed mov format.
Regarding Audio Assets:
- Send them in wav or mp3 formats
Regarding Graphic Elements:
- We work with Adobe products, and can’t handle Coreldraw formats.
- send them in editable formats (.indd, .ai, .psd, .eps) where possible.
- send them in their maximum available resolutions
- For vector formats send us illustrator files (.ai or .eps).
- For pixel formats send us layered photoshop files (.psd)
- For photos, send us high-resolution files (.psd, .png)
- For website images, send us full-width screenshots (.png)
- For any graphic elements that contain transparency, please make sure they contain the alpha channel
Regarding Texts:
- For any texts or graphics with texts, please send us the texts in editable format too (.pdf, .txt, .doc, etc)
Regarding Fonts:
- Please send fonts in .otf or .ttf formats.
