Starting a project takes 3 steps.
Ideally:
• you’ve seen our work and you liked them.
• if you need animation/video, then you’ve completed our form and/or we’ve talked on skype, to get to know each other and the project’s key parameters; and to discuss execution plans (at least briefly).
• you already know that we’re as agile and flexible as much as we can.
• you already know that we work with using hourly rate in-house (in our studio), and that we work in a pre-payment system: we send invoices to settle as the projects develops.
• you agree with us that the project is in the right hands!

• After reviewing the information provided in the form above, we customize the Project Contract. We send you the digitally signed contracts to you via email and wait for your digitally signed ones to be sent to us.
• Meanwhile we send a PDF invoice to the contact person’s email address that contains the discussed (or to-be-discussed) amount of the first pre-payment. The amount of the first pre-payment is ususally the 20-30% of the discussed whole project cost, but it depends on the project parameters.

3) The pre-payment gets settled.
At the moment this first payment is settled and received by us, the order is placed,the project is live and we start working.
